1. Controller

2. Data we process
- request form data: name, contact for the reply (Telegram, e-mail or phone), task description, rough budget;
- correspondence about the request and the project;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device data, cookies and pages visited, including data collected by Yandex Metrica.
3. Purposes
- replying to requests and preparing estimates and proposals;
- concluding and performing service agreements;
- analysing traffic and improving the website;
- security and spam protection;
- compliance with the law.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with the e-mail service used to send replies and notifications, with Yandex Metrica for traffic analytics, and with public authorities where required by law. If you choose Telegram, the conversation takes place in that messenger. Data is never sold or shared for third-party advertising.
5. Storage and security
Requests are stored on the operator's equipment in Russia for as long as needed for these purposes and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. We use HTTPS, access restrictions and backups.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Yandex Metrica cookies, including Webvisor, to understand which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and the website will keep working.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, or withdraw consent by writing to support@ldnode.ru. Requests are handled within 10 business days.
